Return & Refund Policy

At Fitsolezy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. In such cases, you may return the item(s) following our standard return procedure outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned items must include this RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of return.

We will investigate any reported cases of missing refunds and work diligently to resolve the issue. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to coordinate with your financial institution to trace the transaction.
